I'm a peanut butter fiend! and it has to be chunky when eating straight out of the jar, but smooth when spread on toast. wierd, I know! thanks for the great PB link, btw.

Gosh, it's been years since I have eaten peanut butter...forgot how delicious it is when your peanut butter melts on toast!

I view this blog as blatant self interest by Mr. Barrett.
All skepticism aside, I eat peanut butter nearly every day. For a few years when I was legally poor, I ate it twice a day sometimes. Now that I have to pack lunches and feed kids I still eat it for lunch almost every day. It's easy and filling. And, I'm busy and lazy at the same time.
Peanut butter and grape jelly. Peanut butter on toast.
Oddest is peanut butter on bread and throw the whole thing right into the microwave until the PB 'melts.' Yummy, but different.

I'll confess that I'm not a melted peanut butter fan (unless you go further and turn it into a satay or cold noodle sauce).I did avail myself of the opportunity last night to try Mia Francesca's Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter Torte. It wasn't any good, you wouldn't want any. No. Stay away. You can't have any! Stop it, Mine!
As for blatant self-interest - if any vendor would like to send me a case of peanut butter, please do so. I won't mention you, but please do so.

Would the good people at Jiff please send me some? It's the only kind I eat.
Barrett's not brand loyal, so don't send the ingrate a morsel.

I'll wait for the shipment from Jif.
