Comments: Lemon tart


I thought the lemon tart was fabulous. I liked the way the crust's flavor got out of the way of the lemon filling.

I favour changing erratically and frequently. (kidding) Actually, most of my measurements are usually pretty vague - handful of this spoonful of that - which is why I guess I tend towards the imperial. It's easier to visualize "about a cup" than "about 200 grams". Temperatures are always in celsius first for me since that's what my oven has.
