I love Nigel Slater- his recipes are incredibly simple but they always turn out fantastic. I have to put this on my to try list!

great recipe. Just wanted to let you I really like some of the private chef's recipes like Aaron in San Francisco and there is one in Los angeles called Cheflaszlo, check it out. good staff, now I go and cook yours! thanks
