Hmmm. I'm not so sure it would survive the flight so well. I'm sure we can find carp in one of the Asian markets in Paris that'll do just as well.

Lately, every time I see a fish recipe I start envisioning it with tofu. And if you soak the fish to get out the fish taste...why not?!
