I am a chef in Chicago looking for a kitchen I could lease all or part of for my small chocolates business. I've just relocated to Nashville, TN; had a commercial kitchen in NY where I ran a bistro/catering operation. All of my equipment/supplies, etc. are still in New York until I can ship them.

We offer reasonable rates to give the beginner or the smaller company a chance to operate at a fair cost for kitchen use. The kitchen can be used 24 hours a day, year round.

The kitchen cost starts at a monthly minimum rate of $285.00 per month. That includes 10 hours of usage per month, dry storage space, and walk-in refrigerator space, After the minimum hours are used up, you may rent the kitchen at the rate of $18.00 per hour. If an excess amount of hours are needed every month, special rates are available. If you do not require 10 hours per month, there is no refund, or carrying over hours to the next month. There will be a refundable security deposit needed upon signing our contract.

I am looking for a commissary kitchen in the silver spring area. I wouldneed the kitchen approx. 6 hours per week, will need both dry and refrig/freezer space. (not much- a couple of large kettles in refrig along with approx five 5 gallon containers in freezer at any given time). It would also be helpful if there was delivery acceptance.
