Nice first choice. I'm afraid it will be more difficult for me to try many of your recipes for obvious vegetarian-related reasons, but I've made many of the desserts and they were delish.

Now to go slumming trough the way-back machine to a distant time - 2003!

You could substitute creatively on some of my recipes, you know.

Actually, I was surprised to notice when I went back to this one that it was the very first recipe you posted. I knew it was an early one, but hadn't realized it was the EARLIEST!

I like the idea of the creative substitution and cooking. For my own cooking, it's interesting to see what dedicated chefs substitute and how.
