I returned last week from several days in
The Netherlands, where I have enjoyed the now-in-season white asparagus. Everywhere I went to visit friends and family, I was offered it. Soups, salads, and traditionally served with ham, hard boiled egg/mayonnaise and boiled potato. You cut it all up in pieces and enjoy. Lekker!
