Wow, that sounds wonderful! I was salivating as I read it. As you know, Brigitte was born and bred in the Auvergne so perhaps the next time we're visiting we can pop over to see M Decoret.
One thing: you didn't mention how much this extravaganza cost......

Julian, thanks for pointing out the omission! I have added the cost of the menu we tried: 109 to 130 euros. Do come back and leave a comment with your impression if you do try it!
